This warranty applies only to products purchased on this website and does not apply to QRay products purchased other than from this website or  any TV infomercials. You should read these warranties before you purchase any QRay product.

HealthNStuff  warrants its product to the original retail purchaser only, against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. HealthNStuff agrees to replace any bracelet found to be defective by us without charge, provided the bracelet is returned postage prepaid along with a proof of purchase and warranty card within 30 days. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification and does not cover the wear and tear associated with normal daily use.

This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

This warranty applies to consumer use only, and is void when the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.

This limited warranty is the only written or express warranty given by QT, Inc. and HealthNStuff . We make no representation or warranty written, oral, express, or implied, including, but limiting the generality of the foregoing, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those set forth herein. Any implied warranties on the product (including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not applied to you.

Under no circumstances shall QT, Inc. and HealthNStuff have any liability for any type of incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or defective performance of the product or for breach of this warranty or any use implied warranty on this product. QT, Inc.'s and HealthNStuff’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusive may not apply to you.
15% of the purchase price of the product will be charged as return/exchange processing fee plus applicable shipping/handling to process your exchange. Sorry, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Unlike many internet vendors, we do pursue fraudulent credit card mis-charges and credits. Please give us 4 to 6 weeks to process your credits.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:

If you read the fine print, most of our competitors do not take back a product after its been opened and tried. Money back guarantee should mean that we give you a chance to try out the product. Hence, we will accept returns as long as you do take the care of keeping all the packaging that these products came in a like-new good condition. Consumable products cannot be refunded. Please give us 4 to 6 weeks to process your credits. Thank you.

All returns/exchanges with an RA# must be received within 30 days. This includes the time of shipping. Depending on your shipping options chosen, this gives you about 2 to 3 weeks to try out a product. All returns must be in original packaging along with any free bonus items associated with the purchase that you received.

We advice you to send us an e-mail:Instructions of how to send us the e-mail are on the back of your invoice and get a RA# for a return/exchange. Please read the following instructions to insure that a proper exchange/return is posted to your account. Please indicate your invoice number (5 digit) when you send us an e-mail for an RA#. 

For your protection, please send returns via insured means. HealthNStuff is not responsible for lost returns by mail or other services. Please give us 4 to 6 weeks to process.
